Human resources development measures
Shinnihonseiyaku has been developing various training programs to improve the individual knowledge and skills of employees and to support their challenges and growth. In addition to training by job level according to the employee's role and by department according to the expertise of the department, we also provide training that employees can participate in on their own initiative.
Courses taught by employees
In addition to company-led training by level and department, employees serve as instructors for various courses to acquire qualifications and improve knowledge and skills as opportunities to support employees' independent learning.
IT Passport Acquisition Support Course
A total of eight lectures were held by the DX Strategy Division to support the acquisition of the "IT Passport," a national qualification that can prove basic knowledge about IT, and to raise the level of IT and digital skills.

Improvement of working environment
To ensure that employees can engage in their work with peace of mind and good mental and physical health, we are working to improve the working environment by providing a company cafeteria that offers health-conscious meals to employees and counseling services for the mental and physical.
Smart lunch(Healthy set meal)
The employee cafeteria at the Head Office serves daily special meals as "smart lunch" under the supervision of a registered dietitian. Smart lunch is designed to provide 1/3 of the daily energy intake needed by adult women.
